I am making body butters, lotion bars and soap for gifts for some people this Christmas, and well i have never made this stuff before and i found some recipes so i need to know where to buy them…

I’ve been on some websites that sell body oils and shea butter wholesale and they are advertising for a small fee you can start your own body oil business. However, they do not say what that fee is and there is very limited information on the site. Can I get a license to sell the oils from my state, buy the oils wholesale and sale them from my home? And will that be legal to do if I’m buy them from a wholesaler?
